You retain all rights to the CVs and job descriptions you upload. However, by using the Service, you grant us permission to process this data via third-party AI models (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) to provide the requested services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CV-Eval shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any changes made to the Service without notice.
